Services
Columbus Public Library, with the help of a bookmobile, provides library services to Platte County, Nebraska residents. The library provides both print and electronic resources, and both in-person and online services. In addition to traditional library offerings, patrons have access to public access computers, copy machines, tablets, printers, fax service, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, a makerspace, outreach, and quality programming for patrons of all ages. Additionally, the library donates space to the Columbus Art Gallery. The library truly does connect people and ideas.

All who enter the facility will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver on their initial visit. Parents or guardians will need to sign liability waivers for anyone under 18 years of age.
Patrons may print and complete the liability waiver (PDF) to save time during their initial visit.

The computer lab and meeting rooms close 15 minutes prior to closing.
