Responsibilities
Provides policy, technical and administrative support to the Mayor, City Council, and city administration
Serves as liaison between citizens, elected officials, and city staff
Prepares and maintains agendas and minutes of City Council and various committee meetings
Maintains city records, ordinances, and resolutions
Maintains records for Columbus and Roselawn cemeteries
Administers permits and licenses including:
Building Moving License
Fireworks Permit
Handicapped Parking Permit
Liquor License
Pawn Broker License
Registered Tree Service
Solid Waste Hauling License
Tobacco License
Agendas & Minutes
City Code
Schedule of Fees
Licenses & Permits
Lodging Facility Tax
