Making Lattice Pies

On Saturday, May 6th at 2:00 PM, the Columbus Public Library welcomes back Phyllis Bartholomew of the “Blue Ribbon Pies” fame, to teach a class on making lattice crust pies, just in time for Mother’s Day. She will demonstrate the steps of making the perfect lattice crust pies so you can repeat the process at home for your mom. Phyllis always has fabulous tips to share that make her pies and tarts first prize winners. Above and beyond all this, Phyllis is bringing different flavors of her homemade pies so we can taste test her work. There will be a drawing for the fancy pie that Phyllis makes in front of the class. Someone will be a lucky winner! No registration is needed and the class is free. Make plans to come.
