CODES ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF COLUMBUS

2018 International Building and Existing Building Code, International Residential Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, and limited adoption of the 2018 International Fire Code go into effect February 1. In addition, the State of Nebraska has adopted the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code and the State Fire Marshall's office has delegated the City to include the 2010 ADA as part of our commercial plan review and occupancy approval.
