Fall Bootcamp
Join Sydney in a fall bootcamp! Limit of 20 participants. Bootcamp will be 6 weeks of early morning, high intensity workouts meant to get you on the right track before the Holiday season starts.

Aqua-Balance Class
This class is designed to help strengthen your core and focus on balance and strength.

Non AC Passholders- $50
Aqua-Fitmat Class
Join us on our Fitmat Boards for a great workout. Each week will be a different combination of core and HIIT workouts.
