This is an opportunity for area competitive swimmers going into the 6th - 12th grades to work on their skills. Swimmers will also work on starts & turns and will have an opportunity to work on their preferred stroke, but each clinic will have a stroke emphasis. Area swim coaches will lead the clinics.

All classes are from 6:30 - 7:30 am at the Columbus Aquatic Center. 
Doors open at 6:00 be on deck ready to swim by 6:30. 
Cost is $15 per clinic or $75 for all 6.

• Freestyle: Monday, June 5 
• Backstroke: Tuesday, June 6
• Sprint Techniques: Thursday, June 8
• Breaststroke: Monday, June 12
• Butterfly: Tuesday, June 13
• Distance Techniques: Thursday, June 15

Springboard Diving Clinic 

This is an opportunity for area youth going into the 6th - 12th grades who are interested in Springboard Diving to learn more about the sport and begin to develop the basic components.Participants will do a combination of Dryland Training, practicing their dives from the deck and the 1 meter spring board. They will learn the diving language and the different components of the Front, Back, Reverse and Inward Dives while working through their own individual dive progressions. Area coaches will lead the clinics. 

Classes are Wednesday mornings from 6:30 - 7:30 am, May 31st - June 21st.The first 3 will be at the Columbus Aquatic Center and the last one will be at the Pawnee Plunge. 

Doors open at 6:00 be on deck ready to go by 6:30. Cost is $50 for all four classes.
