Interested in purchasing a home but need money for a down payment to qualify for a home mortgage loan? The City of Columbus has funds available for direct homebuyer assistance.
Qualified households can receive a 0% deferred interest loan for up to 20% of the total project cost, not to exceed $30,000. Income restrictions apply in order to be eligible for this program.
Applications are taken on a first-come, first-ready basis and will be accepted until all funds have been allocated, or May 1, 2023.
