The 23rd annual Norfolk Public Library Literature Festival will be held on Saturday, July 29th, 2017 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Doors open at 8:15 a.m. at the Lifelong Learning Center on the campus of Northeast Community College, 801 E. Benjamin Ave., in Norfolk. The authors featured are: Miranda Paul, Jennifer Jacobson, and Gary D. Schmidt. Ard Hoyt, an award winning illustrator, will also be present.
