Posted on: September 11, 2018[ARCHIVED] Union Pacific Railroad Track Maintenance Work
Union Pacific Railroad’s subcontractor will be conducting track repair scheduled to begin on September 14, 2018, at the crossings of 12th Avenue, 21st Avenue, 23rd Avenue, 25th Avenue, and 26th Avenue.
At least one downtown railroad crossing will remain open at all times. The subcontractor will provide traffic control signage for a local detour. Work is scheduled on these crossings through next week.
Vehicle and pedestrian traffic crossing the railroad tracks should use extreme caution, obey the posted signage, and follow directions of the flag persons.
