[ARCHIVED] Permanent Closure of the Union Pacific Railroad At-Grade Roadway Crossings at 21st and 25th Ave

The Union Pacific Railroad at-grade roadway crossings at both 21st Avenue and 25th Avenue will be permanently closed beginning on September 28, 2020.

The closures are part of the 12th Avenue Viaduct project.  The remaining downtown area at-grade roadway crossings will be 23rd Avenue and 26th Avenue.

The 12th Avenue viaduct will be open to traffic after the ribbon cutting ceremony on September 25th.
