The Asphalt Improvement project on 15th Street from 13th to 23rd Avenues is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, and is anticipated to be completed in less than two weeks.
The adjacent residential, businesses, schools, and patrons are asked not to park on 15th Street in this segment during construction. Drivers will experience lane restrictions with limited access to side streets. Delays should be anticipated and expected. Drivers and pedestrians shall use extreme caution in and around the work zone and adhere to the traffic control features and flag persons.
